Living in a city can be exciting, but it can also be stressful and overwhelming. That’s why we believe it’s important to have a place of your own where you can relax, unwind, and recharge. Our website is designed to provide you with practical advice, inspiration, and resources to help you transform your urban space into a serene sanctuary that reflects your personal style and meets your needs.
We have been working on our urban oasis in Seattle since 2011. Here are some of the things that we have done so far.
Front Yard Urban Oasis
Mowing a lawn is at the bottom of my list of enjoyable activities. The fist thing that I did with the front yard was to remove all of the grass. The next step was to set up a small flagstone patio area. This creates a more inviting space to help make guests feel more welcome.
Our front yard is ever changing, it started out as a herb garden. Later we moved all of the herbs to the back yard planted more flowers in the front yard.
Backyard Urban Oasis
Urban agriculture aims to help people save money as well as the environment. These days, urban gardeners are waging war against global warming and processed food. A city garden can help feed your family and at the same time reduce your carbon footprint.
